This time, I went to the Blue Bottle Coffee Minatomirai Cafe.

As usual, here is the video report. Please take a look if you like.
Now, let's get going. The place is located on the first floor of MARKIS Minato Mirai. A while ago, Tesla was on display and for sale, but after some renovation, it became Blue Bottle Coffee. I'm excited because I have memories of drinking it in New York.
Now, let me show you a little bit of the exterior. This is the first floor of MARKIS Minatomirai, and the Landmark Tower can be seen in the back. MARKIS Minatomirai is directly connected to the Minatomirai Line, which is very convenient. It's a bit far from Sakuragicho station. But if you walk while strolling, it's not too far to worry about.
There is also a rather unusual monument in the following picture. It seems to be an image of plankton, but I think it is difficult to imagine this as plankton when you see it for the first time.
It was just beautiful with the autumn leaves.
Here's what I bought. It is a blend of Guatemala and Ethiopia. The aroma is more fruity than I expected. It has a citrusy feel to it. I prefer the more standard version for everyday drinking, but I think it's perfect for a change of pace when you want to relax a bit in the afternoon. It's worth a try.
I immediately brewed it when I got home. It was very tasty.
By the way, you can also buy Blue Bottle Coffee through their official website, and I sometimes buy it on Amazon because it's convenient.
You can buy Bright and Bold, and Bright is more standard and I prefer it.
According to the official page, Bright is described like this
A fruity, refreshing, acidic blend based on East African coffee beans. The light roast preserves the natural fruity flavor and brightness of the coffee. It is the perfect coffee to start the day with energy or for an afternoon break. It is a very well balanced coffee that goes well with milk. It is a very well balanced coffee and goes well with milk.
I've never made it into coffee milk, so I'd like to try it next time.

Bold is also described by the official website as follows
This is a rich and pleasant blend based on Guatemalan coffee beans. The dark roast brings out the cocoa and caramel flavors that are naturally present in the coffee. It is the perfect coffee for a crisp sunny morning or even a rainy afternoon.
I'm not sure about the rainy afternoon, but it definitely smells like cocoa. I always drink Guatemalan, which is not that deeply roasted, so I can feel the difference quite well.
